About 12 Million people live in Great Tehran.
Towering buildings are erected every where. City
Metro, Large Shopping Centers, super-markets, self-service shops,
Restaurents, public buildings, government departments and monuments are
all over the city.
A city that never sleeps.
Tehran became a capital in the 19th century. Its more ancient monuments
bear the marks of that period. The baroque and appearance of
certain facades, particularly banks, built twenty or thirty years ago,
improve more even the city's appearance.
